Rent a medium sized room in a house near UVIC, right beside Mount Doug for $520 (plus utilities) per month. Lease runs from May 1st- September 1st. (move in date and lease length flexible). The room is large enough to fit a queen sized bed, dresser, and side table. Lots of closet space. Can come furnished or unfurnished.
There will be three other easy going and fun female tenants that will be living in the house throughout the summer as well. Bathroom is shared with only one of the tenants, and shared updated kitchen and living spaces.
