Kitchen height is 7'6" while living and sleeping area is 7'2", slightly lower due to the insulated flooring in this part of the suite. Nice large bathroom with full shower/tub.
Access to shared laundry in the house will be 2 days a weeks, days to be determined.
We will consider a small pet, but if wanting to bring a dog then he/she must be brought to the viewing as part of application process. Standard pet deposit will apply. There is a fenced yard, although it is not fully sealed so can't be currently relied upon to contain any pet.
We are looking for a quiet and respectful long-term tenant to share this house with our family (which is due to grow to 3 in June). References will be required.
The basement suite has its own private entrance at the rear of the house, and has a covered patio space in the backyard.
There is no smoking permitted in the unit or on the property.
The unit has a built-in Jenair range, but not an oven. A convection microwave oven could fill the gap. The unit is unfurnished.
